Case 1 and Case 2 Mortgage Quotations

Case 1: Endowment Mortgage/Repayment Mortgage Quotation for a Loan Amount of £35,000 borrowed over 20 years at 11.85% p.a., with the borrowers on an income tax rate of 29%.

Case 2: Endowment Mortgage/Repayment Mortgage Quotation for a Loan Amount of £40,000 borrowed over 20 years at 11.85% p.a., with the borrowers on an income tax rate of 52%.
